Hansar Samui Resort & Spa - Bophut

Su ubicación es excelente, tener a 3 minutos restaurantes, agencias de viaje para contratar excursiones, tiendas etc hace q sea muy cmodo sin ser bullicioso. Sus instalaciones son muy buenas y la habitación xl esta genial. El personal es amable y si consiguen entenderse contigo te ayudaran en lo posible.

El personal se esfuerza pero le falta formación, su nivel de ingles es ínfimo incluso en la recepción. El hotel debería invertir en formación del personal, es su gran handicap. Desde q pides unos huevos revueltos hasta q te los llevan puede pasar 15 minutos, y haber acabado de desayunar.

Buen hotel, bien situado y nuevo.Mejor que los que se encuentran en la misma playa. Hemos estado 5 días en abril 2011 y hemos quedado contentos.

La música jazz-cool de la piscina. Es buena, pero acaba por cansar ya que el sonido lo ponen alto y se oye hasta en la playa.No obstante bajaron el volumen la vez que se lo pedí.

Es un hotel muy romantico, con excelente servicio y muy buenas instalaciones. Las habitaciones son hermosas y grandes. El personal del hotel es muy atento y siempre estan dispuestos a cumplir los deseos de los huespedes.

A luxury resort with fantastic staff. Especially from the poolside bar staff, they made sure that we always had a drink!!!

staff of the hotel are quite friendly and good english speaking, good location and facilities. we had really a good time staying with Hansar Samui and will come back in the future.

The hotel itself offers superb facilities and is only 50 yards up the road from Fisherman's village which boasts some of the best and most varied places to eat on Samui. The pool is one of the best I have ever swam in and meant we rarely went over the road to the private beach.

The only thing with Hotels on the Bo Phut coastline is that the sand on the beach is very rough in comparison to the other's around the island such as Chaweng.

The sea view from balcony is very nice and relaxing. The locaion is very quite and peaceful and close to fisherman's village for eating. They offer free shuttle service to airport.

The hotel is very new but some facility is still not complete working yet. The room is small and no bathtub but only open area for shower. The beach in front of hotel is not comfortable to walk at all.

The staff were amazing, location couldn't be better and the choice of restaurants surrounding and the Hansar restaurant itself made this the perfect hotel to stay at in Koh Samui

Staff couldn't do enough for guests comfort. The restaurant was fabulous.The room was one of the best I have ever stayed in we had the beach front...The pool is beautiful

The view to the left of our room was onto the street, directly looking at a disused building, rather ugly and would benifit from some good screening.

Room was really nice, great balcony, beach was clean and nice, pool is big and well maintained, food is tasty

Our sheets were stained - 2 large stains. One brown one grey. We had to call housekeeping at 1am after a long day out. When we complained to the check in staff the next day they just said sorry - no offer to upgrade, no chocolate in the room. This was rude. Food is also very expensive.

After almost visiting the full island, I can say that location wise hansar is the best. It is a walking distance from Fisherman Village and a few minute drive from Chewang (the night spot) and with a great sea view and nice infinity pool. Ms. Marketa at the reception was of excellent help and gave us the best tips about the island which made our stay wonderful.

When we first arrived, the ground floor room was a bit humid (humidity smell) even though our friends on the higher floor didn't have this problem; but with time, this was improved.

The staff was amazing! So nice with us even if we were there only for 1 night they really Made every effort to let us take The most out of the hotel. We chose it because it Washington on The way to take a lomprayah catamaran for koh tao the day after early in The morning and it Was a perfect stay!

Best location/hotel on island for a romantic luxury holiday. Service, facilities, staff, rooms, restaurant etc were all top standard. Beautiful views, gorgeous food. Plenty of sunbeds. No fighting Germans in the morning ;) Hotel is on the doorstep of Fisherman's village in Bophut. It is in the best position of all the hotels in Bophut for this. There are lots of excellent restaurants to try there. Cheap way of eating whilst there.

Personally - nothing. Having to leave! You can see into the bathroom in the room that we chose which might be a privacy issue for other guests i.e. families. But as i'm used to sharing the bathroom with my girlfriend when getting ready for work in the mornings this was not an issue for me. Also there is no lift, so if you have trouble with mobility, consider that there are two floors that you possibly may have to climb. Though I'm sure if you talk to the hotel in advance, they could arrange a ground floor room if this is an issue.
